BlackBerry Messenger Updated to version 6.1.0.70
A new version of BlackBerry Messenger is available for update now. Just now I got a notification in my BlackBerry Curve 9360 Apollo that the BlackBerry Messenger version 6.1.0.70 is available for download.
The new version comes with new features including: double the space to update your personal messages, support for animated avatars (display pictures can now be animated), a new selection of emoticons, customize the color of chat bubbles for your contacts, and simpler display picture update from camera app.
You can download the BlackBerry Messenger 6.1.0.70 directly from your device via App World application or via App World webstore.
