BTW Are when we use virtual box for mikrotik instalastion it will use a lot of ram.

And can you specify the hadware for using mikrotik with virtual box Thanks for the Answer.

Hi Gyula,

You should be able to access to the LAN directly from the MT by configuring on the Network interface of Virtualbox, but I am not sure if it can connect to Wifi Access point via Wifi cards.

if I run the MT router on VirtualBox, can the MT access to the LAN and wifi cards directly or only via emulated cards by the HAL (hardware abstraction layer) of VB? Thank you!
