The specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy U has been leaked. But remember this is not confirmed yet.

According to SamsungHub Blog, the phone will be operable on J-CDMA and CDMA Rev.A network. A 3.7-inch 16M AMOLED Plus (480×800) display, 1GHz S5PC111 processor and Android OS.
