One missing feature in BlackBerry devices until now is the unavailability of Wifi Hotspot feature. I have Samsung Galaxy Tab and I often use it as a Wifi Hotspot router with 3G/HSDPA connection. This feature is not available in BlackBerry devices until this news come.
Yeah a leaked BlackBerry OS 7.1.0.74 for BlackBerry Bold 9900 reportedly has a Wifi Hotspot (Mobile Hotspot Mode) feature enabled. This is great news as I am waiting for BlackBerry to able to run as Wifi Hotspot router. Another new feature available in this leaked OS 7 is the Emergency Alert Messages.
You can download the build OS 7.1.0.74 from here. Remember to always backup your data before installing the OS in case it is failed, you will not lose your data.
