If you want to install Windows 8 on Apple’s MacBook via Boot Camp you might encounter a problem that you could not download the latest Windows support software or the download took very very long time and the download failed. It happened to me and many people when download the latest Windows software.
Windows 8 is the upcoming version of Microsoft’s Windows operating system. Currently it is still in release preview stage, but Microsoft will unveil the RTM of Windows 8 on August 2012 and release the final version on October 26th.
Back to the end day of May, Microsoft unveiled the Windows 8 Release Preview to public. The build is the release candidate version before going to RTM (release to manufacture) that will be released on August 2012.
Windows 8 Consumer Preview just released by Microsoft on Wednesday, February 29. People are curious to try the Consumer Preview of Windows 8. They want to taste the new features inside the Windows 8 such as Metro UI, SkyDrive cloud integration, Internet Explorer 10 and many more.
