I have a brand new Xiaomi Redmi 3 which was bought a week ago. It is actually a medium-high end smartphone powered by 4×1.5Ghz octa-core processor Cortex A53 with 2GB of RAM. It also supports 4G LTE bands. With an affordable price range USD 105 – 120 in my country, it is absolutely a cheap smartphone with a great specification.
One thing that I do not like with this phone is it comes with a lot of bloatware which can not or difficult to be removed. So I decide to think to install it with a custom ROM such as CyanogenMod. Fortunately there is an unofficial version of CyanogenMod 13 for Redmi 3 (yes it is for Redmi 3 not the Redmi Note 3) developed by W@k@M@nG that you can download it from this link.
Below is the screenshot of Xiaomi Redmi 3 Running CyanogenMod 13.
I will try to write an article later on how to flash CyanogenMod 13 (CM13) on Xiaomi Redmi 3.
